This notice explains what information Frontline Facilities Management LLC (“FFM”, “we”) collects through this website and how it is used. It is written in plain language for clients, suppliers and job applicants.

Information you give us
When you submit a form — quotation or site-visit request, contact message, workforce request, supplier registration, job application or company-profile download — we receive the details you type: name, company, telephone, e-mail, location, service requirements and any message. If you attach tender documents, bills of quantities or a CV, we receive those files too.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit, process a supplier registration or job application, and to follow up on the request you made. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries and uploaded documents are stored privately and are accessible only to the FFM team members who handle them. E-mail notifications are sent to our office mailbox and an acknowledgement is sent to the address you provided.
Analytics and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. Analytics runs only after you accept cookies in the consent banner, and no form contents, names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses are sent to analytics. The interactive office map (when enabled) also loads only after consent or when you tap “Load map”.
WhatsApp, telephone and e-mail
If you contact us through WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail, the terms and privacy policies of those providers also apply to the connection itself. We keep the content of the conversation only as needed to handle your request.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it for a contract or legal reason. Write to the address below and quote your reference number if you have one.
