Post-Construction & Handover Cleaning

Post-construction and handover cleaning prepares a newly built, fitted-out or renovated property for inspection and occupation: our teams remove construction dust and residue, clean glass, frames and fixtures, and prepare floors and surfaces so the contractor, consultant or owner can complete snagging and hand over. FFM provides the cleaning scope only — not construction, fit-out or contracting works. Once the building is occupied, periodic Deep Cleaning keeps it in condition.
